I posted my question on Karen’s blog, but it has disappeared. I’ll post it here. When I try to connect the parts for the K block the key symbols don’t line up. If I do line them up they end up being on top of each other. Is there something I am not understanding?

You just need to overlap the line. not the symbol. The symbol is just there as a reminder of what end piece goes with what. I find it easiest to trim the top of the bottom piece… then lay it over the top piece having the lines overlap exactly. I hope this helped.
